Olga Gimelfarb
FOUNDER & CEO
Keystone Link Institute's curriculum is grounded in the education and direct professional experience of founder Olga Gimelfarb, who holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Auditing and a Forwarding Specialist Certificate.
Over eleven years at Damu Trans Logistics in Kazakhstan, she advanced from Document Specialist to Director, acquiring hands-on experience in freight documentation, 3PL coordination, multimodal operations, contract negotiation, and budget oversight within the Central Asian logistics market.
Her participation in developing a digital freight platform at Damu Trans Logistics provides practical grounding for the Institute's digital tools, while her leadership responsibilities across recruitment, business development, and departmental coordination underpin its operational instruction.
